If it is about an order, include the order number. If it is a repair, a photograph of the label helps us find the pattern.

How do your sizes run?
Coats are cut oversized on purpose: take your usual size. Tailoring and dresses run true to size in Italian sizing.
Can I return a piece bought online in a store?
Yes, in any of our six stores within thirty days, with the numbered label attached.
How long does a repair take?
Usually three to five weeks, depending on the cloth. We send you a photograph before any work begins.
Do you remake past collections?
No. Each style is made in one numbered run. When it sells, it is gone.
Can I visit the atelier?
On the first Saturday of each month, in small groups. Write to the atelier desk for a place.
